In addition to our scheduled passenger and freight service, Perimeter operates 24/7 North American charter service, Medical evacuation services and a full service maintenance facility including design engineering, NDT, Manufacturing and Garrett turbine engine services. Position Summary Reporting to the EVP's the Vice President Information Technology provides leadership and accountability for enterprise-wide Information Technology Service and Support. Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 1. Direct and lead IT strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems across the organization. 2. Ensures the availability of critical business applications assessing risks and opportunities for key systems. 3. Acts as Project Sponsor ensuring project oversight and accountability. 4. Directs, develops and communicates the Information Technology governance plan. 5. Works with Vice Presidents and EVP's to coordinate and oversee business continuity and disaster recovery plans. 6. Responsible for the development of an enterprise-wide service and support model 7. Maintains close working relationships acting as Technology Business liaison and Executive advisor
